Schedule a Diagnostic Test

Only Applicable to New Students

  • Nursery - Kinder P400
    Grade 1 - 3 P450
    Grade 4 - 6 P500

  • Please contact Teacher Che
    (0917 140 3213) through Viber to schedule your child’s diagnostic test.

    The diagnostic test will help us assess your child's current academic level and identify any areas that may need additional support.

Requirements to Prepare

  • Nursery 1 (3 years old by Oct 31)
    Nursery 2 (4 years old by Oct 31)
    Kinder (5 years old by Oct 31)

    PSA Birth Certificate
    2x2 recent photo of the child


  • Grade 1

    PSA Birth Certificate
    2x2 recent photo of the child
    SF 9 with LRN (Form 138 Report Card)


    Grade 2 - Grade 6

    PSA Birth Certificate
    2x2 recent photo of the child

    SF 9 with LRN (Form 138 Report Card)
    SF 10 (Form 137 Learner's Permanent Academic Record)
